Please Call Me is a free network service available to all Vodacom customers and is used by marketers to reach urban and rural audiences, often in a local vernacular.
A text message, with optional call to action, is tagged to the end of the Please Call Me message.


AVM “Automated Voice Messaging” is a mass communications technique that sends a pre-recorded phone message to hundreds or thousands of call recipients at once.
The implication is that a voice call resembles a telephone call from a recorded call. These are often associated with telemarketing phone campaigns.
Interactive touch tone responses eg: press 1 to opt-out, press 2 for more information.
